We are looking for a Frontend Developer responsible for writing code for the interchange of data between the server and the client-side application. Your primary focus will be the development of all client-side logic and ensuring high performance and responsiveness along with reusable and maintainable code.
In this role you will….
Drive Demand generation and own the entire Digital and Growth Marketing Engine
Generate Leads using multiple channels of marketing, both organic and paid
Hands-on expertise in running campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Facebook
Own and manage the Website and improve traffic via SEO
Track and monitor media mention and position EdCast in category A media
Drive strategic initiatives/projects to improve overall lead conversions
Build and develop a social media strategy to increase our followership
Develop Testimonials and Case Studies working with Partners and customers
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
Create a community and engage with C Suite/Decision-makers
Develop and nurture relations with external bloggers, social media influencers and HR communities & media houses.
Create content brochures and collaterals that will increase our visibility and help our target audience understand our
value proposition, learning philosophy, and business impact through engagement.
Identify customer success stories with the Customer Success team, work with Customers to create the stories (review their quotes, interviews, articles, etc) identify platforms to publish the success stories.
Study company products & Competition
Translate technical details into benefits for the user
Follow and analyze market trends to position products
Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)

10 to 15 years of Work Experience
Creative and have an eye for detail.
Metrics driven and have an appreciation of marketing data
Analytical mind and have strong quantitative skills

Open to travel 25-50% of the time.
10+ years of work experience
MBA from a premier school a must
Experience in digital marketing and product marketing in B2B SaaS Industry
Experience in community building and engagement.

Strong preference for human capital technology or solutions experience
