Build, grow and manage CoreStack online presence on social media platforms, communities, and forums
Develop and implement social media strategy that aligns with Marketing goals and KPIs
Create and implement social media calendar aligned with the content calendar
Generate, and publish engaging content daily
Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms
Evaluate new techniques and trends to increase brand awareness on these platforms
Recommend continuous improvement process to increase social media performance
Communicate with followers, agile response to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar field
7-10 years of experience in managing online presence of SaaS, Technology and Cloud Computing brand
Hands-on experience and proven success in content management, building brand presence, increase followers and engagement on social media/community platforms – LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Excellent organizational skills, creative eye, and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
Self-driven, proactive, strategic, and result-driven mindset
