We have a Position for Treasury Executive

Position – Treasury Executive

Qualification – MCOM/Inter CA/CA

Experience – 3 to 10 Years (Manufacturing Treasury Department)

Industry – Manufacturing

Location – Mumbai ( Goregaon )

 Lead operational improvement, creating policies and procedures for payment
operations.
 Coordinate with Wealth manager for investment activity & prepare monthly
gain/loss statement and also find a better option for investments.
 Coordinate & Creation Inward & outward remittance, negotiate a rate with
Bankers, check the leakage of margin & TAT.
 Preparation of Unhedged exposure report, FFRI, FFR-II & stock statement &
ensure its deadlines.
 Support in Preparation of CMA, Loan Projection.
 Coordination with Import & Export Team & ensure that IDPMS & EDPMS is
being reconciled with Inward/Outward remittance.
 Vetting of Inland & Foreign LC & timely submission of documents & also ensure
its payment collections.
 Coordinate with All the bankers for reduction of Charges, Signatory addition
deletion, branch changes, Document Lodgement, NOC, etc.
 Documentation for a new bank account, SBLC, Signatory addition deletion & new
digital support system.
 Implementation of the new Banking system to reduce day to day operational issues &
time.
 Renewal LEI Membership was timely.
 Coordination with purchase team & update the hedging statement daily.
 Coordinate with Brokers for Forwarding booking & monthly calculate the gain Loss
statement.
 Timely renewal of BG & ensure that Expired BG should be canceled & Bank
limit should be replenished.
 Preparation of Aging for Import supplier & Intercompany purchase of RM,
Capital, Service, ensure that payment will be done on time.
 Check & collect FD receipts & ensure that accounting should be done on
time.
 Coordination with HO & Dewas team for collection of weekly balance & same
will be updated in Congo’s
 Support in preparation of data for Limit renewal & new limit proposal.
 Coordinate with Banker for GST Mismatch.
