JOB PURPOSE
To support the HoD in developing passenger traffic through establishing tourism partnerships and transfer traffic development

To achieve the hub development milestones by enhancing the transfer traffic volumes Transfer traffic
To develop and execute a destination marketing plan and tie-ups with various state Govts for inbound tourism No of new tie-ups
To develop and execute an international tourism development plan in association with National Tourism Organizations No of new campaigns
To achieve the passenger volumes as per the AOP Pax throughput
To market RGIA as a preferred gateway in the identified catchment area through B2C and B2B channels Against agreed parameters
To develop tourism charters to/from Hyderabad No of charter operations
To develop and maintain MIS, performance tracker, review presentations for decision making, periodic reviews and adhoc data/info needs Against agreed parameters
To develop and nurture business relationship with key personnel among tourism authorities, tour operators, airlines, airport, and other relevant stakeholders Against agreed parameters
Maintain an Environment scan of the industry and elicit market intelligence, competitive info, industry development info and share an information capsule with management and team periodically. Comprehensiveness of the information and timeliness of the report

TAAI, TAFI, IATO, NTOs, Tour operators, Travel agents, tourism GSAs, Tourism Commissioners at Embassies, Airlines, Airports
Ministry of tourism, State tourism departments, tourism development corporations

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Commerce Science Graduate/Engineer with MBA International Business/Mktg (preferred)
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
7- 10 years with experience with Aviation, tourism business development, charter development. Experience with MNC tour operators (Kuoni, Cox & Kings, Thomas Cook etc) and relationships with key industry personnel preferred.
