We build fast, efficient e-commerce websites for kitchen cabinet dealers. We are growing fast and looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to support this growth. We are seeking a qualified leader who can help our customers grow their business online. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the customer experience and has the analytical abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The customer success manager has an intimate knowledge of the current state of the kitchen cabinet industry and e-commerce landscape and can help our customers improve their website experiences and revenue. This is a marketing role that requires a strong customer focus.
Job Description : Expert in co-ordination with the team from different channels of digital marketing such as Organic (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (PPC), Social Media (Paid / Organic) Collaborates with team to define strategy, data reporting, and project growth opportunities. Doing weekly meetings with the client understanding their goals & objectives for an account give the best performance from respective digital marketing channels. Define monthly strategies for the accounts and co-ordinate with the team & client and make it execute and achieve monthly goals defined in the strategy. Ensure planning and execution excellence for digital touchpoints from acquisition to retention & engagement, across a consumer’s journey, including content, SEO, display, and paid ads. Balance strategies for new & returning users to optimize LTV and ROI. Own the paid funnel for several business goals, using data to optimize, expand, and test targets/keywords, creative and copy, bids and budgets, landing pages, etc. Ensure the future-state mindset to be digitally relevant, researching, and act upon the emerging industry and consumer digital media trends. Develop and communicate ideas for improving strategies, practices, and approaches, and lead the successful implementation of those ideas. Measure and manage all channels’ data of different digital marketing accounts. Develop and execute a strategy for Search engine marketing, Organic, social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc. Measure ROI and KPIs, research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions to optimize digital channels. Can use Project Management / Task Management tools like (Basecamp, Asana, Jira, etc.) to assign tasks and work with resources Ability to break high-level ideas down into actionable items with clear timelines. Can create amazing visual reports in Google data studio or have hands-on expertise in Google sheets, Excel, PPT, etc. Requirements: Computer Science degree from a reputable college must have; MBA preferred What we offer: Base salary is based on experience plus commissions Advancement and career opportunities Paid time off M-F work week Family-oriented work environment
