What role will you play as Manager – eComm Marketing
You will spearhead the marketing strategy and focus on strengthening Colgate brand presence in the eCommerce domain, generating sales, growing the online consumer base and loyalty.
Implement strong media ROI metrics that tie in with category goals and account strategy
Win in Search: Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization on search
Drive partnerships to improve meta search, display and retargeting
Running A/B tests across paid search campaigns & landing pages
Experimenting continuously and learn and improvise media investments to deliver business goals at most optimal costs
Implement cutting edge and engaging A+ content for all key brands/ focus categories to improve shopper conversion across platforms
Constantly experiment, learn and improve all forms of online content (images, description, product title, reviews and ratings) to improve organic search
Deploy solutions across paid, earned and shared media to ensure growth of Colgate brands
Create the playbook for new launches by driving both performance and content specific to each account
Increase Revenue & Drive Transactions
Cross Sell & Share of Wallet
Drive Social Behaviour to be able to gather Insights
Monetization – Identify and execute potential opportunities to monetize site traffic through affiliate partnership with partners like Amazon, Flipkart, Big basket etc

What you’ll need…
Master’s degree required
Minimum 3+ years prior experience within marketing including eCommerce or DTC & Digital Marketing expertise with demonstrated understanding of how to use marketing levers to drive commercial growth
Demonstrated creativity, curiosity, and strategic thinking skills
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills
High level of initiative, assertiveness and self-direction
Experience working in consumer product goods preferred
