• Monthly Management Information Repots – produced fortnightly with conference call meeting. Reduce down to monthly after initial period.
• Month end accounts
• Budgeting/forecasting
• Maintaining the balance sheet control accounts
• To ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
• Quarterly VAT returns ready for Accountant to submit to HMRC.
• End of year accounts preparation ready for Accountant to submit
• Year end processing on Sage Line 50
• Overseeing monthly payroll processing
• Liaising with Lions Finance Clerk to ensure smooth running accounts department – communication via email, telephone and video conferencing
• Monitoring internal controls
• Overseeing and preparing income statements
• Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll, invoicing, and purchasing logging.
• Streamlining accounting functions and operations.
• Working experience with Sage Line 50
• Create semi-annual and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts. In addition, to develop budgets and financial plans for the company based on research and data reports and to prepare management figures as and when required.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
