We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital and content marketing strategies across all digital channels.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Orchestrating digital and content strategies across all online platforms including, but not limited to Organic and Paid channels
Create and manage content to drive traffic on the website / social media channels for generation of leads for the sales team.
Handle a team of graphic designers and content creators.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Should have a strong understanding of SEO, AdWords, Facebook Marketing and Web Designing.
Very good with Excel and pivot tables.
Team management and training skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Experience of working for US based companies and campaigns is a must.
Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google My Business and Google Webmaster Tools.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Must be sensible enough to supervise creation of good quality marketing documents (i.e. website, marketing emails & brochures etc)
