Responsibilities for Accounting & Finance Recruiter

· Recruits, screens, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job openings

· Utilizes social media and other tools to source and isolate qualified applicants

· Notifies applicants of consideration or rejection

· Works closely with leadership across the organization to understand current and future hiring needs

· Full life-cycle recruiting of Accounting/Finance professionals in the US

· Consulting with managers on hiring needs and priorities

Qualifications for Accounting & Finance recruiter

· CA Inter, CA Article, B.com, M.com, MBA Finance from an accredited University or College required

· Knowledge of finance in financial services (a plus)

· Understanding trends and issues in the talent marketplace

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
