Digital Marketing Professional

Looking for candidates:

• Having 6+ years of experience in marketing / advertising and at least 2 years of digital marketing

experience in the BFSI sector.

• Should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated

digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Qualification:
Essential: – Post Graduation Degree in Marketing.

Desirable: – Professional certification in Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing and delivering the Strategic Digital Marketing Plan for the Bank.
• Developing marketing and promotion plans for Bank’s products and services.
• Marketing & communicating across all publicity channels including the official Social Media channels.
• Driving Digital Transformation to increase the number of users/ customers across the digital products by

co-ordinating with cross-functional teams e.g. marketing & campaigns.

• Working along with digital partners, social media, aggregators for campaigns to meet the business

objectives of increasing traffic and driving conversions.

• Planning and implementing SEO initiatives along with continuous monitoring of impact.
• Enriching content on platforms – website, respective acquisition portals through blogs, forums, graphics

& videos.

• Forecasting marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns.
• Reviewing performance of various marketing partners involved.
• Driving Customer Value to understand the customer journey mapping and plan digital marketing

strategies aligned to the journey for driving acquisition and customer experience across digital products.

• Developing and executing the annual marketing plan which will help in building awareness and

relevance for the products leading to Internet Banking usage.

• Planning and executing cross channel campaigns using email, SMS, website, digital media, social media

and Bank’s premises.

• Using analytics to create segmentation strategy for targeting and customizing campaigns.
• Ensuring the Top Management is updated on the key performance metrics on a pre-defined cadence.

Designation and Compensation:
Designation and Compensation will be commensurate with qualifications & relevant experience.
