The Finance Reporting Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to provide regulatory analysis and reporting in coordination with the Finance team. Additionally, the Finance Reporting Group Manager develops reporting and control procedures to accurately prepare information required for financial reporting and analysis. The objective of this role is to ensure business/department financials are prepared and delivered in a timely and accurate manner.

This is a senior leadership position for FRSS Mumbai Financial Books and Records (FBR) Accounting with overall responsibility for delivery and governance covering Accounting Operations – Transition Service Agreement (TSA) Billings & Reconciliations.
The Finance Reporting Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the management of a team or department in an effort to drive appropriate accounting and financial treatment across the divested markets in ASIA & EMEA and providing end-to-end financial support. The objective of this role is to ensure control and governance around the below activities

• Accounting entries/adjustments between TSA and Non-TSA GOC
• Monthly expense/revenue accruals process including VAT or other taxes
• Provide support for Invoice related disputes redressal and related reversals, if any
• TSA reserve bookings/reversals

• Monthly management reporting/information via Allocation Processing System (APS), Pearl & Full Suite report for exit markets
• Local ledger reconciliations of billable and non-billable charges
• Investigations and analysis of actual country expense balances in TSA and Non-TSA GOC, working closely with TSA Billing on anticipated and unanticipated charges, ageing analysis of receivables
• Preparing APS template, UAT testing and change management of intercompany charges
• Liaising with GRU teams on remittance of revenue for TSA and pass-through charges
• Confirming & tracking migration and separation costs in each exit Markets
• Account ownership function for A/R booking
• Prioritize cross functional resiliency within FBR Accounting teams to optimize surge and one time demands

This position reports to the FRSS Mumbai Accounting Lead and may matrix to the APAC & EMEA Regional Controllers. The position is based in our Mumbai office and will support businesses in APAC and EMEA.
This role has an additional responsibility required to support the overall governance and control environment and provide necessary support to the Site Lead in driving strategic priorities for FRSS Mumbai.
