This position is an integral part of the Employee Engagement, Product Marketing, and Change Adoption Team within CTI Business Operations.
CTI Business Operations enables technology managers across the organization to effectively manage their resources and deliver their commitments in support of CTI’s strategy, goals, and performance metrics. This is achieved through the provision of commercial aspects of CTI, analytics and reporting (including expense and productivity), workforce, real estate, supplier management, leadership and talent development, including entry level and pipeline programs, and employee engagement and communications.
The Employee Engagement, Product Marketing, and Change Adoption Team manages and strengthens CTI’s internal employee engagement, culture, onboarding, as well as talent and development initiatives. The team elevates knowledge and understanding of organizational changes and structures within CTI, ensures awareness of technology strategies across CTI and Citi, and drives user adoption through change management and impactful technology marketing.

This position is responsible for development and delivery of engagement and change strategies supporting CTI and its functions.
Role Purpose:
You will be a passionate communicator and collaborator, able to leverage Citi knowledge, and change the communication toolkits to tell CTI’s story, and position CTI as well as APAC CTI in line with its priorities.
You will play an integral role in the Business Operations Employee Engagement, Product Marketing, and Change Adoption function to communicate internal organizational and Citi-wide product communications.
You will work closely with CTI executives and senior leaders (regionally and globally) to design, develop and manage integrated internal communications and employee engagement strategies, as well as organizational change management plans, placing our people at the forefront of your plans and activities.
You will contribute to changing how we communicate and the methods in which we leverage outside of traditional methods, such as e-mail.
You will participate in CTI-wide as well as CTI APAC engagement activities to inspire staff, motivate, and drive momentum for CTI initiatives.
Principle Accountabilities:
Role holder will be accountable for developing and executing CTI’s grassroots engagement and communications plans. They will progress events and interventions designed to engage the global CTI organization; and increase collaboration and engagement. They will be responsible for:
Coordination of Engagement and Communications activities across identified groups and according to agreed plan.
Monthly tracking and status report on Engagement and Communications activity to ensure that communications practices are happening at regular intervals for each organization; track outcomes to ensure that directives are being met and achieved across each area.
Review requests for applicability to audience, language, timeliness, escalate to communications lead as appropriate, and finalize for distribution; Disseminate messages to CTI; Support strategic, cross-channel Engagement and Communications plans in support of corporate initiatives and objectives.
Identification, preparation, finalization of organizational announcements business applicable articles, blog posts and other items to support communications and engagement plans.
Facilitation and maintenance regular updates to blogs, intranet content and SharePoint updates.
Meticulous planning, set-up and organization of functional/regional town hall meetings, quick calls and other mass meeting operational/technical needs
Contribution to team initiatives such as e-newsletters, podcast, video features, and other social media projects.
Playing an active role in exploring innovative ways and champion dynamic technology to reach and engage workforce through new channels, strategies and benchmarking.
Supporting and working with the entirety of the Engagement, Product Marketing and Change Adoption team as required, to facilitate the team goals and objectives.
Knowledge / Experience / Competencies
Experience in developing marketing and communications plans
Experience in partnering with team members across functional pillars to bring a vision from conception to completion
Ability to handle diverse situations, multiple concurrent activities with short-term deadlines and changing priorities
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality materials, results oriented
Ability to think out of the box to bring new ideas and concepts
Ability to negotiate and influence peer and management decisions
Highly motivated, displaying initiative and demonstrating sense of responsibility, flexibility and appetite to learn and develop
Excellent organization skills and ability to work without supervision in a busy environment
Skills / Qualifications
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, most specifically PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Basic knowledge of technology
Knowledge of Technical writing a plus
Experience in web technology including HTML, CSS, Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Familiarity with Modern Collaboration (Microsoft O365, Zoom, OneDrive) a plus

Education
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 2-5 + years’ work equivalent experience
