Citi Hiring for Business Analyst – Automation Solutions at Chennai Full Time

Responsibilities
PWB NAM Smart Automation is looking for experienced BA’s to deliver a number of high priority projects for the Automation Solutions team in NAM. The NSA team develops and supports multiple Automation solutions for multiple business across North America

Key Accountabilities:

• Understand and Elicit exact requirements from business users and capture it in to appropriate documents.
• Prepare BRD/User stories, use cases, UAT plan, traceability matrix
• Explain plans and requirements to Dev and QA teams.
• Ensure timely implementation and deliveries from each of the team, timely sign offs from business groups on requirements and UAT.
• Understand the various process flows for each module in Employee Due Diligence portfolio and it implications.
• Stakeholder management across the globe
• Support multiple business groups and external systems during the UAT phase of the rollouts.
• Production support for any high priority and critical issues/incidents
• Ability to fetch and analyze data using basic SQL queries
• Be a team player with good communication skills and the ability to discuss issues and arrive at consensus. Should be able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Be able to work independently / without supervision
• Flexible and able to manage time effectively

Preferred Work Experience:

• 6+ years of Overall experience and with 2+ years with Business Analyst
• Must Have Experience of working in a BFSI domain
• Good to Have an experience of working in Compliance domain
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels.
• Excellent Analysis skills
• Basic SQL skills for data analysis
• Work Experience in detailing the requirements to Technology
• Must have worked in Agile methodologies
• Work Schedule will be 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM local time
