Job Profile / Sr. Accounting / Payroll Executive (Night Shifts)

Experience: 6-9 years

Responsibilities:

Looking for Sr. Accounting/Payroll Executive who has at least 7+ years of experience in handling all the functions specified below:

• Follow up on time sheets
• Create Invoices
• A/R follow ups
• Handle A/P
• Maintaining Books
• Prepare payroll sheets.
• Process payroll.
• Create withholding and unemployment account registrations for different states
• Handle state notices
• Month end reconciliations
• Year-end reconciliations
• Reports as per the Management needs
• Proficient with Excel.
• Standardizing the process.
• Setting up controls to minimize the errors.
• Expert level of Aged AR collections skillset is required.
• Handling cash transactions

Note: This is a night shift role and hence please do not apply if you cannot work at night.
