CinchIT Solutions LLP, Belgaum is looking for a Receptionist with excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Preferably a Fresher, however prior experience as a receptionist is also helpful.
- Greet visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assisting candidates in finding their way around the office.
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor and attendance logs.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, taking notes, and making travel plans.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Emailing in a professional manner, and routing emails as and when necessary.
- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
- Performing administrative duties.
- Answering, forwarding, and screening candidates.
- Sorting and distributing emails. Coordinate with various consultants for HR and Finance Compliance
- Scheduling appointments for the candidates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word and Excel
- Good time management skills, need to work-from-office from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM everyday (Monday to Saturday)
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
- Own mode of transport
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
