Job Title: Part-Time Data Entry and Bookkeeper

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a part-time Data Entry and Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. As a Data Entry and Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for entering financial data into our accounting software, reconciling accounts, and providing general support to the finance department.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter financial data into accounting software, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and other financial transactions
• Reconcile accounts and prepare reports to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Maintain and organize financial records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information
• Provide general support to the finance department, including administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in accounting or related field preferred
• Proven experience in data entry and bookkeeping, preferably in a professional setting
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
