Celebi Airport Services India Pvt Ltd Hiring for Finance Shared Services Specialist at IGI Airport, Delhi at Delhi NCR Full Time

BASIC OBJECTIVE

Perform Accounts Payable & General Accounting activities as per defined SLA (Service Level Agreement) for Celebi Group Companies

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process incoming vendor Invoices in SAP as per regulation, elebi Standards and Company policy if any
• Process employee expense reimbursements in SAP as per as per regulation, elebi Standards and Company policy if any
• Perform General Accounting related booking of closing journal entries, payroll, fixed asset and any other specified by the Company
• Perform the periodical review and audit of ledgers and accounts booked by FSSC to ensure the accuracy and completeness
• Partner with business teams for transition of work to Finance Shared Service Centre and effective communication
• Manage and follow up the KPIs related to Accounting activities performed
• Take the initiatives to improve & standardize the Accounting processes

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree with at least 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Experience in SAP finance modules is a must
• Experience in EMEA accounting is a plus
• Experience in a Shared Services Center is a plus.
• Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills
• Team player
