Role Specifications
The Email and Inbound Marketing Manager will form a part of Cedar Group’s Marketing team based in the Mumbai office. This person will lead the Email Marketing function (for Cedar and IBS Intelligence), work on weekly/quarterly/monthly and annual reports, and act as a liaison with other teams within the Group to ensure campaigns are launched smoothly and within deadlines.
Lead and manage the Email Marketing function using HubSpot for Cedar and IBSI
End-to-end management of HubSpot accounts for Cedar and IBSI
Strategize and execute the Email marketing calendar – which includes drafting email copy and scheduling emails throughout the week
Effectively manage the database as per target personas and geographies on HubSpot to run email campaigns
Attain key performance indicators, such as increasing the open/click rate, increasing leads for B2B offerings, and improving conversion for B2C products
Generate reports and other metrics from HubSpot accounts, to measure sales and marketing performance
Support reporting and measurement of website metrics from Google Analytics, paid marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Utilize strong analytical ability to map customer personas with Cedar and IBSI offerings, for targeted email campaigns across geos
Requirements
Master’s or MBA from a top-tier institute
8-10 years’ work experience in marketing with proficiency and hands-on experience in HubSpot
HubSpot Inbound Certified (valid credentials necessary)
Hands-on experience in Google Analytics
Solution-focused approach to problem-solving
