Job Description
Sourcing
- Regular activities in the branch catchment and generate prospects every day for MSME Loans.
- Other lead generation activities in the catchment to be done like doing cold calls, participating in Loan Mela, exhibitions & other events.
- Regular visits to potential clients and constantly track their demand for MSME Loan requirements.
- Conduct market visits and promote Bank’s various products to prospective customers
- Understanding Customers requirement for Business loan and pitching the right product as per requirement
- Explain the product details and benefits to the customers.
- Achieving Monthly Targets as defined in Goal sheet
- Work as a team in achieving the branch targets.
- Customer Service
- Maintaining good Portfolio by regular visits to the existing customers and ensure that the EMI’s are cleared on time.
- Maintain Daily sales report and generate the leads, and follow up the leads till close
Pre and Post disbursement
- Helping to customers for complete documentation process of Sanction and Disbursement.
- Helping to customer’s customer needs & solving their queries regarding the product.
