3. Strong understanding of Credit Card and loan funnels – For each card and loan, there is a application funnel. Based on the application status, the calling, approach etc changes. There are also various smart strategies to maximise conversions. Ideally we should be able to explore these and drive higher cardouts.
4. Review data, team productivity to maximise desired outcome – Need to review data in terms of calls, calls output, productivity, etc. This is based on data from the dialler and also other data sets.
