The Marketing Trainee will support the use specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., print, broadcast, digital) to launch and position products and services in Dairy Feed Industry. We seek a professional who will help coordinate market plans and launch programs to create demand and maximize sales of a specific product, product line or product area Key Accountabilities
Derive customer/ Market insight through data driven analysis for customer and product segments.
Participate in evaluating and modifying promotion or advertising programs.
Help produce informational material for the sales force and communications media to reach maximum number of customers and prospects.
Help plan, create and produce marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives.
Will be responsible for conducting competitive benchmarking activities for players within dairy feed industry.
Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned Qualifications
Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualification
Masters in marketing
Proficient in Microsoft tools – Excel , PowerPoint, Outlook
Readiness to work in Rural Market in Animal Nutrition Industry
Travel mostly within Punjab – 20-30 % per month
Comfortable to drive locally for market visits
