The Marketing Specialist, will support the use specific marketing strategies and media to launch and position products and services in a sector. In this role, you will help coordinate market plans and launch programs to create demand and maximize sales of a specific product, product line or product area. Key Accountabilities
Help plan, create and produce marketing, advertising and sales promotion materials to implement marketing strategies and sales objectives for our Feed & Nutrition business. Help produce informational material for the sales force and communications media to reach maximum number of customers and prospects. Participate in the evaluation, modification and execution of Marketing Campaigns for brands. Collaborate constantly with customers and commercial, using relevant marketing tools to understand the need of the market and design/propose solution to drive business growth Help gather, analyze market trends, monitor market conditions, competitors, etc. to project business demand and plan product development strategies and launch timing. Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS MBA with minimum 2-3 years’ experience in marketing industry who will help gather, analyze and translate consumer and market insight into strategies. Prefer professional from FMCG OR Animal nutrition industry.
