Job Description:
CarDekho, a leading automotive technology company based in Kolkata, West Bengal, IN, is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable professional to join our team in a work from home capacity. We are looking for an Associate level candidate with at least 3 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Initiate vendor payments via check or electronic transfer
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounts payable records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Resilient and adaptable to changing work environments
