Roles and Responsibilities
– Knowledge of Ind AS / Indian GAAP/US GAAP.
– Experience of Management Reporting / Month end closing.
– Preparation of financial statements & handling statutory audits.
– General Ledger scrutiny, driving Balance Sheet Hygiene / Balance Sheet schedules preparation
and review.
– Experience in Consolidation would be preferable.
– Knowledge of IFCR would be an advantage.
– Experience of financial reporting from a reputed organization.
– Experience in accounting and due diligence is desirable.
– Practical knowledge of finance function.
– Practical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective and
familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements.
– Exposure to ERP systems like SAP will be an added advantage.
-Candidates having experience with foreign entities will be an added advantage
– Experience in handling foreign entity would be an added advantage.
