This role presents a highly attractive opportunity for an ABM marketing professional to demonstrate their significant expertise within a global role.

Sogeti has ambitious plans to grow and continually improve its global ABM function.

This role has a mandate to make a difference, with a strong and dynamic team already in place to support this person.

The function is expanding, so this person will be at the heart of expansion plans within Sogeti.

You will be responsible for supporting the roll out and implementation of ABM strategy for four to six key accounts, to drive defined ABM objectives in line with agreed annual plans.

To this end, you will work closely with the Account Teams and local Marketing teams of the accounts under your responsibility as well as part of the Global Sogeti Marketing team.

Your work will encompass end-to-end account-based marketing, including, when needed, pursuit marketing.

You will report directly to the Sogeti Global Marketing Director.

Primary Skills

  • Work closely with the account sales and delivery team and support their objectives in the account
  • Recommend marketing approaches to support account objectives and drive them, i.e. understand sales processes and objectives of the accounts and work closely with themon their account strategy to define fitting marketing program to achieve their goalsand grow their business.
  • Identify marketing tactics and coordinate globally and locally to provide proactive, structured, long-term strategic marketing support
  • Support the account team by sharing best practices from other accounts, as well as any new ABM solutions/approaches
  • For the account, lead pursuit marketing for scope extension and renewals, to help strengthen the winning sales plans with fitting marketing tactics
  • Track, measure and report on all ABM activity based on Sales KPIs and successes
  • Leverage global campaigns, assets and digital activities where appropriate within the accounts
  • Support pursuit marketing bids/ABM and evangelise social selling to account sales community.
  • Innovate by pushing the boundaries of our current digital marketing practice with new tactics, techniques, formats, and channels and evaluating success i.e. Influencer Marketing, Dark Funnel Marketing etc.

Secondary Skills

  • Experience in working with (CRM) will be considered a plus (Pardot/THOR)
  • Should be familiar with branding fundamentals and latest trends in new media
  • Beyond experience in ABM and Pursuit Marketing, should have experience in competitive research, and most marketing domains (PR, Communications, Branding,

Campaigns, Portfolio, Events, etc).

  • Flexible and proactive approach; willing to work both strategically and be โ€˜hands on.โ€™
  • Keen eye for detail, applying thoroughness to all aspects of work performed.
  • Solid organization skills with regards to the design and delivery of digital marketing.
  • Ability to question analytics and data and decipher actions.
  • Excellent team player and able to work as part of a virtual network across the Sogeti /Group and countries.
