Experts in banking and payments, capital markets and wealth and asset management
Deep knowledge in financial services offering, including e.g. Finance, Risk and Compliance, Financial Crime, Core Banking etc.

Looking to hire freshers/associates who are quick learners, and have an excellent communication skill with the ability to adapt to the changing landscapes
Candidates graduating in the year 2021/2020/2019 with a consistent and bright academic record
0-2 years of financial services / industry experience
Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Must have an excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
A genuine enthusiasm and interest in the financial services industry
Proactive and responsive team player
Open to work from any Capco location within India
Professional certifications in Agile/ Scrum Master are plus
Experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint, Excel is a plus
