We are looking for Accounting Executive for US Process. In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping activities, reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining the general ledger, and preparing month-end close procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the reconciliation activities and close processes of the ES General Accounting team
• General Ledger accounting entries
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Bank Account Reconciliations
• Data analysis and related corrective action associated with the accounting activities above
• Miscellaneous General Accounting tasks such as posting journal entries, invoicing, wire transfers, error corrections, reporting, account reconciliations, etc.
• Exposure to and possible involvement in supporting multiple areas of ES including, Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, Payroll, Timekeeping, Tax, etc.
• Possibilities of role expansion and rotational opportunities in all Accounting areas of the ES General Accounting team include Fixed Assets, Intercompany & Payroll, etc.

Required Skills:

• QuickBooks experience is must.
• Good client communication
• Good excel knowledge
• Analyticalm problem identification, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Timings: 10pm-3am, Monday to Friday. (part time)

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
