Job Description –

• Keep accurate records for all daily transactions;
• Maintain Books of Accounts (Purchase, Sales, Cash, Bank, JV, Exp) in SAP;
• Process invoices and record accounts payable & receivable;
• Update internal systems with financial data and control reconciliations;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports;
• Participate in financial audits;
• Assist with budget preparation;
• Review and implement financial policies;
• Reconciliation with GSTR2A with vendor invoices;
• Preparing MIS Reports, Stock Statement, Cash flow and various other Reports/Statements.
• Verify the accuracy & TAT for tax related statements in compliance to the latest regulatory norms & policies.

Desired Position Qualifications –

• CA (Inter), FCA, M.Com., M.B.A.(Finance);
• 4-6 years of experience in Accounts, Finance and Taxation;
• Advanced computer software skills including spreadsheet, financial reporting software (SAP – BYD knowledge is a plus);
• Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
