Job Description:

1. Responsible for entire branch activity and business.

– Recruitment

– Operations

– Revenue

– Client acquisition

– Cross selling (Mutual Fund, Insurance, FD, IPO, ECT)

2. Conducting corporate activities

3. Responsible for individual RM & Dealer performance

4. Training new recruits

5. Advising clients on stock market

6. Handling HNI client portfolio

7. To look after the branch profitability.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ranchi, Ranchi – 834001, Jharkhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• total work: 3 years (Preferred)
• Financial: 1 year (Preferred)
