Bluebox is a cross border advisory firm focused on SMEs and Startups. We provide a full range of Corporate Services including Corporate Advisory, Management Consulting, Accounting, Bookkeeping, Taxation and other Company Secretary and Company Formation services.
We are looking for a hybrid account manager + project manager role to join our dynamic and growing team.
Job Requirements:
- Serves as the primary point of contact for multiple clients including leading client meetings, resolving client queries (via email, phone calls, video conferencing)
- Coordinates between the client and the project team / operations team doing the work, Manage, monitor and update all timelines and set realistic expectations with client
- Coordinate with project / operations team members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and facilitating smooth working relationships between the company and its clients.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of all client activities & deliverables from initiation to completion, making sure clients receives quality service in a timely fashion
- Manage resource availability and allocation, managing changes to work scopes, schedules, team availability
- Assign project tasks to operation’s team members based individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels
- Use the project management tools and techniques to plan, monitor and track progress of work, perform risk management to minimize potential risks
- Keep records of client transactions, assist with invoicing, reporting and smooth running of the finance function
- Maintains a 360 degree view of each client in terms of client communications, work requests and status, and invoicing
- Highlight and escalate issues to COO in a timely fashion, respond to information requests from the COO on client status
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts, communicates client needs and demands to company
- Handle inquiries from prospective clients
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Experience Requirements
- Bachelors degree minimum, preferably in Business. Post Graduate Qualifications or Professional Qualifications such as Chartered Accountant or LLB is a plus.
- 5 years+ relevant experience with account management, project management in our industry
- Strong fluency in English and excellent communication and presentation skills (written & spoken)
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
- Dynamic individual who is driven by making a big difference in a small team and enjoys working in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator who can prioritize and manage expectations internally and externally with strong communication and organisational skills
- Fluency in project management tools and techniques
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: โน50,000.00 – โน75,000.00 per month
