Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters Hiring for Modern Retail – Finance Manager Job at New Delhi Full Time

We are looking for a Finance Manager to look after our modern retail segment.

Responsibilities

Lead contracting, invoicing, and recovery for all modern trade customers and distributor partners.

Coordinate and schedule the billed invoices as per the dispatches aligned per beat plan.

Lead financial management and analysis of the Modern Retail vertical including MIS preparation, ROI calculations, Promo analysis, Retail Ageing and account recovery etc.

Prepare fortnightly ageing reports for driving customer payment collections.

Cross check and verify customer debit notes with aligned activity as per the provision sheet and clear the same as per the payment advice.

Oversee timely reconciliation of customer accounts, collection of payments, and estimates reconciliation.

Close annual customer balances and close the reconciliation sign off with the key partners.

Responsible for helping clients with their financial questions & needs.

Available as a POC for select retailers where direct finance team engagement is required.

Create a system for submission and record-keeping of invoices, receiving copies٫ and deposits, etc.

Oversee and execute reconciliation of customer receipts.

Requirements

3+Years of experience in Receivable management.

Good knowledge of accounting and MS Excel.

Experience in working with large amounts of data.

Strong analytical and presentational skills.

Strong team management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
