Overview:
We are looking for a new team member passionate about solving problems, has a strong interest in Payment Solutions, Web Technologies, and Email Marketing automations. The team operates in a global venue and will require constant contact with the international teams.
Responsibilities:
Engage with marketing managers on campaign requirements, campaign strategy, and how to best execute campaigns
Design, build, execute, and optimize marketing programs and campaigns within Marketo to deliver measurable results
Create emails, landing pages, templates, forms, nurture programs per the industry best practices
Test and QA marketing automation programs
Take contact lists from field events, clean up the data, and upload them into our database
Oversee various technology integrations including CRM, webinar platforms, etc.
Maintains knowledge, researches, and advises of new technologies
Work hours: Flexible hours, 2-11PM IST) with support till midnight IST or 9-5 CST
Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in marketing automation platforms. Preferably Marketo.
Proficient with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
A highly motivated, fast learner who is excited to learn new tools
Self-reliant. Has a keen eye for detail; need to problem solve, know how to improvise, and work in an independent manner while also being a team player
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Background in graphic design
Experience building and loading html templates
Marketo Certified
