Must Have :
MBA in Marketing with 4-6 years of relevant experience preferably in the IT/IteS industry.
Self-motivated with a passion for content, brand and digital marketing.
Understanding of key metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
Multitasker with an ability to get the job done.
Excellent written and verbal communications.
Understanding of Google Analytics
Knowledge of marketing automation software and tools.
Should be well-versed with tools like SEMRush, Buffer, Hotsuite, Google Analytics or equivalent tools.
Experience in identifying target audience & devising effective campaigns. Should be well-versed with PPC campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and marketing/advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Work with creative teams developing creative briefs and media plans for campaigns.
Stay updated with industry best practices and implement strategies to increase brand reach.
Work on creating and identifying new opportunities to generate content, engage thought-leaders and increase awareness of the business unit.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) to increase brand awareness
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Implement an integrated Branding and Public Relations plan catering to internal and external audiences and aligned to the overall Big Oh Notation brand.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm topics and come up with business centric ideas, to improve the ROI on the marketing efforts.
Responsible for promoting premium marketing resources such as whitepapers, eBooks and blogs.
Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
Collaborate with Tech Stakeholder and other partners
Monitor web traffic metrics.
