a. Prepare cash flow statements on agreed frequency (weekly / fortnightly) and facilitate
assist board to take financial decisions
6. Taxation:-
a. TDS remittance
b. Periodical GST returns
c. Periodical TDS returns
d. Provide necessary information to the respective team for Periodical Income Tax Returns
e. Maintain the calendar & schedule
f. Assist and validate employees TDS working
g. Prepare and provide form 16A and form 16
h. Assist to validate the new tax structure
i. Any other compliance related to taxation
7. Insurance:-
a. Ensure that adequate insurance coverage is done where required. Select vendors and
negotiate for best terms. Ensure on time payment and settlements (work with HR in
employee related insurance issues)
b. Ensure periodic renewals
c. Preliminary work for any new insurance requirement
d. Insurance claim follow-up
8. Audit:-
a. Ensure regular audits are carried out on time for finance and accounts related processes.
b. Assist the Internal / external auditors to implement the audit schedule.
c. Lead the accounts team during audit
d. Get the deviation report from auditors and implement the suggestions and rectifications for Accounts and Finance functions
