> Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
> Proficiency in event management software and tools.
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles & Responsibilities
Planning, organizing, and executing various events and conferences to support our consulting and business development efforts. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event logistics, from initial planning and budgeting to on-site execution and post-event evaluation. Detailed roles and responsibilities are as follows –
1.Event Planning and Strategy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define event objectives and strategies that align with the firm’s goals.
Develop and maintain an annual events calendar.
Research and identify relevant industry conferences and events to attend or sponsor.
Coordinating with CRM team for finalizing the target database
Working with the events lead to prepare event proposals drafts.
2.Budget Management
Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and allocation of resources.
Monitor expenses and reconcile invoices with vendors.
3.Venue Selection and Contract Negotiation
Identify suitable event venues and negotiate contracts with vendors.
Oversee the logistical aspects of venue setup, audio-visual requirements, and catering.
4.Marketing and Promotion
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies for events.
5.Registration and Attendee Management
Establish and manage event registration processes.
Coordinate attendee lists, badges, and materials.
Brainstorming with the marketing team on the Return Gifts, merchandise and sourcing the same
6.Speaker and Content Management
Identify and secure keynote speakers and panelists for events.
Collaborate with consultants to develop event content and presentations.
Speakers’ coordination and sending marketing kits to associations for confirmed events.
7.Logistics and Operations
Oversee all on-site event logistics, including setup, registration, and day-of coordination.
Ensure a seamless and positive attendee experience throughout the event.
8.Post-Event Evaluation
Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
Evaluate the success of events based on established KPIs.
Prepare post-event reports and recommendations for future improvements
Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.
Analyze event performance metrics and identify areas of improvement to the event outcomes and give suggestions on ways to improve.
Coordinating with the Business Development and Sales team in follow-up communications to attendees, as well as effectively measuring the ROI of events (e.g., lead generation, funnel growth)
