Executive Marketing – Domestic Sales

Qualification : Preferably be MBA/ BBA.

Computer Knowledge : MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and SAP knowledge in sales and distribution module

Skills : Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Experience: – One to two years’ experience in operational sales or Fresher with attitude of learning.

Responsibilities: –

Making sales orders in SAP for external sales and sending dispatch emails to the stake holders within BVPL.

Making Delivery orders in SAP for Internal sales and sending dispatch emails to the stake holders within BVPL.

Sending emails to customer on dispatch details and courier the original invoices to the customers.

Coordinating with warehouse for neutral markings, labels, IIP certificate, etc. as per customers requirement.

Sending request through CMC for new customer creation or change in the terms and conditions, order blocks and credit limit enhancement to O2C and get it done.

Sending supporting documents to O2C in timely basis to get the credit notes done from them against advance payment or price difference and send those to customers.

Documentation of domestic sales as per Audit requirement.
