The marketing business function is responsible for guiding prospects & customers throughout their journey with Basware. Through providing thought-leading insights, practical advice, and a roadmap for automation, in partnership with our Sales function, we enable organizations to simplify operations, spend smarter and drive the transformation of their Finance & Procurement functions. Leveraging industry-leading marketing platforms including Hubspot, LeadForensics, and many more, we activate multi-channel marketing programs to help prospects get informed, build their business case, select the right-fit solutions, and ensure our customers get the most value from their Basware solutions.

Role Overview:
The Associate, Campaign Marketing will be an integral part of the Digital Marketing team and will be working closely with the various stakeholders on the day-to-day activities. The person needs to be organized and has an eye for detail. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.

Data Analyst Job Duties

Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and โ€œcleanโ€ data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  • Monitoring and executing tasks on a day to day basis through Asana (project management tool)
  • Collaborating with the various marketing team members to collate and validate data
  • Consolidate data from various sources and systems to create a single view of the customer and ongoing updating of this data
  • Liaising with cross-functional stakeholders to access or automate reporting of data from multiple systems
  • Analysing and creating excel dashboards for customer database, which will enable the marketing team in driving successful campaigns
  • Track the website traffic flow and provide internal reports regularly through google analytics
  • Implementing digital marketing best practices.
  • Tool Expertise: Power BI

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Required Skills:
2-5 years of BI experience.

Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst ยท Technical expertise in data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.

Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL, etc), Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Microsoft CRM, Qliksense, Google Analytics ยท Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.

Good to have B2B exposure.

Minimum of Bachelors (Technology/ Engineering) degree preferred.

Good written and verbal communications skills. Also, should be able to communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders in other countries.
