Base Hiring for IT Procurement Manager Job at Hyderābād Full Time

Base8 is hiring for IT Procurement and logistic manager for Hyderabad location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Actively work with Providers and Supply Chain Analysts to review data and trends, seeking opportunities for improvement.

· Reporting, analysis, and expediting (as required) procurement functions.

· Manage all office orders on a regular basis and spreadsheets for all office activities

· Manage sourcing documents, agreements, statements of work, amendments, renewals, and related procurement documents.

· Professionally manage and measure suppliers for continuous performance and improvement.

· Prepare debit note, credit note and maintain creditors outstanding report

· Manage complex sourcing projects and lead contract negotiations that optimize value to the company.

· Plan for contract renewal activity ensuring competitive advantage is maintained.

· Handling Warehouse management and prepare monthly inventory reports for Accounts Department

· Liaise with other departments and facilities in gathering the required information

· Support and execute projects within Finance / Procurement.

· Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services

· Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.

· Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: ₹33,320.00 – ₹99,960.00 per month
