Hybrid Working
We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We’re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for understanding Business requirements and the remediation efforts needed to test the requirements. Quality Assurance (QA) positions will implement and monitor test scripts to assess adherence to operational policy and procedures, and ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements. Individuals will have the opportunity to become subject matter expert in systems and processes in functional areas where quality assurance support is provided. This individual will also provide regular feedback relating to QA review, as well as errors requiring correction and will use this detail to help produce data on trends and deliverable action plans.
What will you be doing?
- Analyze Business Requirements to create Test Strategies and Detailed Test Plans
- Understand business requirements
- Assess and identify risks with regard to testing
- Escalate issues
- Ensure policy and procedures within Quality Assurance are updated when needed and approved on an annual basis
- Manage, monitor and report on quality metrics and performance of colleagues
- Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills. Draws upon the analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct impact on the company
o Attend quality assurance forums on a monthly basis and produce reporting around trends and deliverable action plans
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent Communications Skills
- Graduate or Diploma from a reputed Institute or University in any discipline (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BBM, BHM etc.)
- Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work changing shifts patterns
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Prior work experience in Customer Service and/or Voice-based organization preferred. Excellent track record during past work experience
- Desired candidate should be proactive, forthcoming with sound exposure to Quality process
- Advance Microsoft office skills e.g. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
