Responsibilities:
Account Management / Relationship Management for the lenders on the portal. Get the sales using various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, telecalling and telesales presentations etc.,)
Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long-lasting relationships.
Meet personal sales targets
Data collection and online marketing activities
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads. Maintaining relationships with channel partners and lead generation through them.
Other marketing initiatives like canopy activities etc.
Attend a meeting, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Borrower follow-ups / physical verification etc.
Requirements:
Graduation (Any)
Proven 1-2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry
Gender – Any
Computer use competency
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven
