To help us do this, we’re looking for a marketing all-rounder who is excited to help us place Tasmanians at the heart of banking!
How you will help
In this newly created role, you’ll be a key support to our small, high functioning marketing team and helping them to drive brand health and business growth through reporting, researching, content creation, strategy development, event planning and budget management. You’ll be a key player in contributing to our existing marketing programs, and you’ll also get to assist with the development of new initiatives, programs and strategies.
You’ll be part of our super supportive marketing team where being a team-player is essential. So, if you’re not creating rapport with stakeholders, or meeting compliance requirements, you’ll also get to have a hand in the delivery of all the other activities that support our brand recognition, activation and health.
About you
We’re looking for someone to dive right in and support our sales and marketing teams do all the things they do to support the growth of the business and increase brand recognition, activation and health. To hit the ground running, you’ll be a natural all-rounder when it comes to your marketing skills – ideally you’ll be degree qualified with some experience in a similar role where you’ve kicked it out of the park and smashed your goals.
You’ve got a burning desire to sink your teeth in to the whole range of marketing activities and you’re always on the ball, ready to help where, and when it’s needed most. You’ve got the confidence to take on new things and you’re not afraid to ask questions along the way. When faced with a situation that you haven’t experienced before you think on your feet and plan your way forward, always on the lookout for ways to improve processes and procedures along the way.
