New Accounts Review business provides backend operational support to branch offices for client onboarding and maintenance for the full suite of brokerage retirement accounts and client ownership roles & functions. Activities involve Reviewing of 529 Next Gen, Health Savings Account, Education Savings Accounts, BASIC Plan, Client Relationship Agreement, Beneficiary Designation Review, and Power of Attorney & Affidavit of Domicile
Associate will be a contributing member of the New Accounts business. He/she is expected to ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered in all operational aspects of the business. Conduct regular internal quality check and reviews to assess the compliance of the business function and individual employees as per company standards. The results of the reviews are shared with managers to aid in feedback, training and development to ensure greater overall compliance. This Associate is also expected to generate MIS & Trends which will help the Management to work towards the gaps. Collaboration between Line of Business and Support Partners to ensure timely completion of all activities in another important deliverable
Certifications If Any
