Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – • An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. • Sales: Delivery of business AOP objectives for the assigned geography • Responsible for Sales Activities through all the Business Defined Channels. • A good team leader to handle the team and Setting Goals. • Manage PLOs – recruit, train and motivate the team. • Drive Team to achieve sales Targets and conduct regular reviews to ensure business plan is well executed. • Ensure process rigor and controllership. • Resolve all Customer Escalation & Queries related to Product/Process. • Manage the FOS productivity • Tracking all the Important Business Matrix on regular basis. • Understanding of CRM – Salesforce.com • Monitoring Performance & suggest corrective Action for: Key Business Metric Portfolio Performance Resource Productivity Compliance, Policies, Guidelines & Processes
Required Qualifications and Experience
* • Graduate/ Post Graduate or MBA – Finance/ Mktg • With relevant experience of 4-5 prior work experience in the Financial Services Industry would be an added advantage. • Should have 2-3 Year of experience in Lending. • Should have collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues across the company. • Excellent Team management & Interpersonal Skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Exceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
