Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – 1) Ensuring support to BFL branches Pan India on CMS issues related to Cash Pick up & Cash Delivery. 2) Co-ordination with bank for closure of pending cases beyond TAT. 3) Hands on Experience in Recon activities related to cash. 4) Resolution of branch queries related to Cash pickup or Cash Delivery. 5) Check on open Recon team for open entries and close by co-ordinating with concerned team. 6) Maintaining a Daily MIS & Publishing a day-to-day Dashboard.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* • Graduation from commerce stream • 3-4 years’ experience in Banks/NBFC, knowledge on bank reconciliation • Positive “can-do” attitude & a good team player • Ability to handle the processes with outsourced Agencies • Good Communicator (Verbal & Written) • Ability to learn and adapt to new processes
