* Duties and Responsibilities – Duties and Responsibilities: • Must have strong SQL skills. • Provide insights on customer conversion journeys – Create waterfall to track drop-offs at every stage of credit card journey. • Responsible to create campaign segments using SQL to support digital marketing campaigns • Collaborate with channel owners to understand requirement and come up with solutions to their requirements using data. • Track & evaluate performance of digital campaigns with insights and recommendations. • Will be responsible to develop all new MIS and automated the same using store procedures. • Create and develop automated MIS using SSIS and SSRS package. • Good understanding of Credit Card life cycle and digital channels. • Work closely with marketing and other stake holders to drive Credit Card campaigns • Analyze data and create insightful Reports to help team track and optimize digital campaigns. • Knowledge of Credit Card Pre-Acquisition Journey • Have great presentation skills to articulate analytic findings to Senior Management
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Required Qualifications and Experience: • Graduate from a reputed institute with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis using SQL and SAS • Understanding of large and complex data sets. • Must have knowledge of Credit cards/EMI Card • Should have good communication and presentation skills
