Job Summary
* Unit Manager – Credit Operations/Senior Unit Manager – Credit Operations
Job Purpose
‘This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.’ To identify, solution and execute on customer impacting process improvement projects which would need coordination with multiple internal & external stakeholders like Banking, Technology, Business, etc for Flexi Business.
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities – PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) . Identify issues that impact service delivery from a process side. Dig further to perform RCA and take ownership to drive fixes in coordination with all stakeholders for FLEXI Business . Issues/ Changes identified during journey mapping/ hindsighting or raised by service delivery team. . Coordinate with internal teams for correction or addition of functionalities on digital properties like Experia portal 3in1 app or any other internal or external digital properties. . Identify Improvements and agree changes in the journey by colluding with the service delivery team . Ability to understand service queries understand process gaps . Monitor Designed and agreed control charts and KPI’s. Highlight issues on priority & work/guide teams to resolve with least impact . Develop and execute creative strategies for continuously reducing queries received at the service channels . Raise User stories perform UAT and CUG for changes recommended. Post production movement ensure there are audits performed on the processes gone live. 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) . Keeping up with the extremely fast-paced culture of the company . Building credibility 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) . Design process and take approval from the Process owners and service digital project lead 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day-to-day work . Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications Qualifications – . Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management or related field or equivalent . Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverable Work Experience – . 4+ years of experience in service handling & project management. . Working knowledge of MS Office applications . Good communication skills
