. Cluster Manager – Risk/Senior Cluster Manager – Risk
Job Purpose

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Manage and enrich Franchise customer data of 45 Cr to enable creation and generation of Pre-Approved offers, improve Approval rates by enriching data through verified sources and enable instant disbursals by continuously improving fill rates of verified information to help scale volumes in 3in1 App. Responsible for ensuring Tech integrations for API or scrub integrations for batch mode of data enrichment This capability will help build scale on 3in1 App of the Company and targets to improve Market share of the Company by 10% from current levels at the same portfolio risk levels
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

. Duties and Responsibilities – 3. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) . Technical integrations – Build API & Scrub network with all enrolled Partners . Identify best suited model for Partner for data exchange between batch scrubs or real time API integrations . Work with IT teams to create infrastructure to enable batch-based scrub . Work with IT teams on Data Infra design and to enable API integrations for data enrichment . Identify ways to conduct quick POCs to assess quality of partner data . Creation of BRDs and User Stories for Batch scrub & API integrations . UAT testing of builds done . Define internal data storage design . Building framework to continuously assess and evaluate data management / system capabilities . Formulation of Standard Operating Procedures for data tagging . Stakeholder Management . Engaging with IT team for timely delivery of system requirements . Engaging with external partners for understanding and integrating API for batch mode or real time data exchange . Team development . Identify the right talent at positions within the function . Establish individual performance expectations and regularly review individual performance of the team . Identify development needs of teams and provide appropriate opportunities (trainings for professional development etc.) to ensure teams are motivated and equipped to drive business

Required Qualifications and Experience

. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications . Post-graduation/ MBA b) Work Experience . Minimum 7+ years of experience in PMO role . Understanding of big data ecosystem . Proficient in data extraction & understanding of various tools . Tracking and Maintaining Key MIS’s for decision making and proactive actions . Experience with large data handling and quantitative analysis
