Sales planning
Participate with Vertical head to scan the partners in assigned zones to understand segment growth potential of each branches, analyze historical performance, renewal base, etc. to propose projections for further discussion with NHOD / Zone Heads.
Analyze the branch segmentation in terms of demographics, geography, characteristics etc. to assess the potential for business , share the same with respective zone head / cluster heads to drive bank partner activation
Identify banks for potential business based on competitor actions, strategic partnership, future potential etc. from a long-term perspective
Relationship management
Plan branch visits on monthly to improve branch activation and business growth.
Influence stakeholders to grow existing relationship and expand reach to untapped business areas/ customer segments to increase opportunities to generate business for BAGIC
Manage relationship to understand the customer’s requirements, manage any escalations and map products accordingly to drive high sales and business
Identify new products requirements/ customization required in existing products and engage with Product Development team to develop products that fit partner’s context and requirements
Co-ordinate with IT team to incorporate changes as desired by partner , in EezeTab application so that the business generated gets registered under rightful partner code
Reach out to branch managers through call to seek feedback on BAGIC services & address specific customer grievances by assigning the call to VOH & follow through for closure
Training and servicing
Understand the needs of partners in terms of explaining the products, customer-product mapping etc. and arrange training sessions for them by personally delivering product trainings or by collaborating with training team to deliver the specific training program
Identify the issues behind escalated queries related to post sales services (claims, policy documents etc.) to resolve and fix the gap by collaborating with concerned team ( Operations / IT )
Provide desired documents / reports (schedule VI , commission report , SP wise policy data etc. ) to assigned bank partner(s) as & when demanded.
Plan initiatives to drive business / LOB mix for bank partners in accordance with defined guidelines & drive execution through Cluster heads / VOH’s
Make marketing collaterals ( banners , Standees , pamphlets etc. ) available at bank partner branches to increase BAGIC visibility & subsequent business
Bank partner operations review
Prepare VOH performance review based on assigned bank branches to identify activation gap , areas of deviations from set objectives and share feedback with respective zone heads / Vertical head for corrective steps
Review other business metrics such as branch conversion and activation to identify issues area of business opportunity; share the observation with VOH’s to promote & drive business
Conduct a meeting with State heads to understand the market dynamics, ground level feedback and issues faced every month
Coordinate with core Business team on periodical basis to drive specific initiatives launched
