1. Survey of min 150 claims per month
2. Maintain or reduce average claim size of survey assign to him.
3. Maintain or reduce TAT for the survey assign to him.
4. Maintain settlement ratio (target assign by Manager) of the claims/survey done by him.
5. Actively participation in loss minimization activity assigned by Claim manager.
Good Communication Skills, Good in MIS, expert in claims excellence
Diploma,/ BE -Mechanical/Automobile
