Build Long term relations with Brokers by understanding their requirement as well as their client/s need/s and provide the best possible product or service solution.
Interact and engage periodically with Brokers for both existing and potential business opportunity.
Help the central team to carve out unique reward schemes by providing timely market intelligence and help keep the broker/s engaged.
Ensure invoicing, inwarding of proposal, policy issuance and dispatch are done as per agreed timelines.
Co-ordinate for timely payout of rewards and brokerage in coordination with the finance team.
Actively involved in the leg work for best representation of a deal to the underwriters for getting the best quote
Resolve service issues in the best possible manner in coordination with cross functional team/s.
Periodical analysis of the broker wise portfolio and present insights to decision makers on untapped potential as well as to take corrective action where risk is seen.
Provide relevant MIS as required from time to time on market share in the relationship with respect to LOB mix.
Proactively plan for peak dates of renewal and prioritize service related aspects so that BAGIC is best placed to manage opportunities.
Must be technically sound to build credibility with brokers and their clients.
